The WD-100 series are horizontally mounted backdraft dampers designed to allow vertical airflow up and prevent reverse airflow. The dampers are opened by air pressure differential (assisted by springs) and closed by gravity. The damper features a flangeless, galvanized steel frame and aluminum blades.

A direct drive, ceiling-mounted fan features Vari-Green EC motor technology. This allows increased energy savings and air control options. Units operate at a constant cfm up to 0.625 in. wg. and provides continuous or intermittent ventilation while maintaining extremely low sound levels.
