Dehumidistats are available with models SP and CSP fans to ventilate humid spaces. The sensor automatically detects excess humidity and activates a ventilation fan for control of excess condensation. There are automatic, manual, or air cycle modes. This can replace a single pole switch for control of a ventilating fan.

Motion detectors use a passive infrared motion detector to automatically turn the fan on when a change in motion is sensed. They have a viewing area of 180 degrees, however they must be placed in the line-of-sight. May be used with SP and CSP fans or fan/light combinations.

Model MS-16 is a 1 Pole, single throw wall mount manual starter with pilot light. This starter supports up to 1/2 HP, 120 Volt, 1 Phase and includes a face plate.

When the temperature in the space rises above the set point of 50 F - 90 F the contacts close and the thermostat will signal the fan to come on in order to exhaust air from the space. Includes face mounted thermometer that displays room temperature.

The Vari-Green remote dial control allows the user to manually adjust the fan's speed from a remote location. This control mounts to a wall using a 2x4 junction box and is supplied with a wall cover plate. Recommended for use in commercial buildings and restaurants.

The two-speed control allows motor RPM (fan speed) to operate between two discreet speeds (A or B) through an SPDT switch or relay connected to the dry contact input or through wet voltage (115-230VAC) applied to the digital input terminal. NEMA-1 rated disconnect switch provides positive electrical shutoff and safety. Disconnect switches are a recommended and necessary safety feature for every fan. Mounted directly on the fan, within sight and reach, disconnect switches provide the best protection against accidental startup during service or inspection.
