The WD-100 series are horizontally mounted backdraft dampers designed to allow vertical airflow up and prevent reverse airflow. The dampers are opened by air pressure differential (assisted by springs) and closed by gravity. The damper features a flangeless, galvanized steel frame and aluminum blades.

Model ESD-435 is an extruded aluminum stationary drainable louver that protects air intake and exhaust openings in exterior walls. The drainable head and stationary horizontal drainable blades collect and further channel water to the vertical downspouts located in the louver jambs where gravity takes effect, allowing water to escape at the louver sill.
